Because we do not sell hours. You buy a product with a defined result. If the scope changes, the offer changes, in writing, before the work does.
The price of the smallest plan or the smallest project. Your offer names the exact price before anything starts, and it does not change without your written yes.
You send a request, nothing is binding. We talk it through in a call, set your price individually and confirm it by email before anything starts.
The setup on your brand, conventions and systems, training for your team, and the first month of running it with you. After that a monthly plan keeps it current.
Monthly plans cancel with one month’s notice. Builds are paid half at the start and half at handover.
Plans include normal usage. Heavy image, video or render volumes are billed per use under a cap you set, so there is never an open ended bill.
